The Nyack/ATS Libraries welcome you to the Copyright Research Guide.  This guide was created to aid you in your understanding of Copyright Law, Fair use Guidelines and Public Domain. Your feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated.  We are here to serve your research needs. While copyright law may seem difficult and complex, students and faculty should understand basic copyright law and fair use. Failure to comply with copyright law can lead to substantial legal penalties.
